Ognakan's Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to availability.

We deliver to most addresses in Republic of Armenia (excluding some villages and towns that have close border with Turkey and Azerbaijan). We cannot guarantee a specified delivery time and suggest orders for important occasions are ordered for delivery the day before they are needed.

Orders received from 6pm (Monday to Friday) can be delivered the next day (except holidays) to most RA addresses. We cannot deliver to The Armed Forces of Armenian.

Orders for delivery at peak times are subject to availability and must be placed at least 24 hours prior to the time above.

Fruit basket orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday can be delivered next day (date and exclusion areas apply, as above).

Deliveries to Artsakh (Nagaorno Karabakh), Zangezur, Kapan can not be delivered next day. For these regions, orders placed for example in Monday can be delivered on Wednesday.
